Personalized Offerings is a web-based tool that helps the sales team present personalized product recommendations and exclusive deals to restaurant clients. By using customer data and purchase history, it enables more effective upselling, stronger relationships, and increased revenue.

Lead Senior Product Designer

Led a team of two UX designers and collaborated closely with the product owner, sales team, UX researchers, and front- and back-end developers through weekly alignments and daily design iterations.

Objectives

Design and implement the Benchmark Potential page - a tool that helps sales representatives identify products with low, medium, or high sales potential. The page displays both product groups (e.g., meat, dairy, fish) and individual articles (e.g., Alaska salmon, premium beef steak), allowing salespeople to quickly see which items are most promising for each restaurant.
